Public Information Centres:
Public Information Centres (PICs) are planned for the project. It is anticipated that one round of PICs will be held for each main grading contract. They will be held when sufficient detail exists to present the design plans.

Public Information Centre #1 - Tuesday, January 25, 2011
A Public Information Centre (PIC) for the Phase 1 Project Area was held to provide residents and other members of the public an opportunity to review and comment on the project, exchange information and ask one-on-one questions of the project team. The PIC was an informal, open-house style event, and a brief presentation was held at 5:30pm. The PIC session was held at Hope (Nobel Ebenezer) United Church, 145 Hammel Avenue, Nobel, Ontario, from 4:00pm to 7:00pm.

Ontario Municipal Board Road Closing Hearing
An Ontario Municipal Board Hearing will be held on March 6, 2012 (at the Carling Fire Hall, 11:00 a.m.) regarding an application by the Ministry of Transportation to seek approval to close 11 road allowances at the future Highway 69 right-of-way.
